My necklace(s) is/are defective when I got them. What should I do?
Please contact us directly info@lovishly.com. We sincerely apologize for this mistake and would love to make it up to you.
We have amazing cleaning cloths available on our website. We recommend cleaning your necklace with the cleaning cloth on a regular basis to maintain a beautiful shine. This is the best and most effective way to clean your Lovishly necklace.
In some cases we do, but in some we do not. Look for key words like “limited release” to know specifics.
We will replace your necklace (free of charge) if it breaks in the first 60 days after your purchase. After the 60 days, we are unable to replace it and kindly ask that you purchase a new piece. If your chain is not attached to the pendant you can purchase an additional chain on our website.
How can I make sure that my Lovishly necklace lasts for a long time?
If you take really good care of your necklace, it will last you quite a while. We ask that you take it off while you sleep, shower, or work out. We also suggest that you buy one of our cleaning cloths so that your jewelry will stay shinning. Try to avoid
getting it wet. We put a lot of time and use quality materials to make sure that your necklace is worth your money.
Where did Lovishly get their name?
Our founder named Lovishly with the phrase, love lavishly, give extravagantly, in mind. Loving and giving is behind everything we do as a company.
Who started Lovishly?
Lovishly was started by a mama of 10 who wanted to give back to non-profits changing the world with her business.
Our necklaces are designed and assembled in Albuquerque by our awesome staff.
Lovishly donates 10% from every sale to various non-profits doing amazing work throughout the world.

In order for you to order custom necklaces you must order 30 pieces for your first order. We ask this because of the process that it takes to get a mold made and the time it takes to design. Please send us an email to info@lovishly.com to get started.

In an effort to get our shipments to our customers as quickly as possible, your order cannot be canceled or modified once it is placed.
Can I change my shipping information after submitting my order?

For domestic orders shipping is FREE, for international $10.95.
Yes, but please note that most countries charge custom fees. Lovishly is not responsible for the custom fees you might have to pay upon picking up your order. Lovishly ships via USPS. Lovishly cannot be held responsible for packages shipped internationally once they leave the US.
